2. PROPERTY OF THE SITE
The Spacesur trademark, as well as the Site, are the exclusive property of Sur Emprendimientos Tecnológicos, with address at Av. Rivadavia 61, 11th Floor, City of Bueno Aires. Both the Site and the Users database are hosted in OVH
3. INFORMATION COLLECTION
3.1. Information collected

The contracted services could consist of (without the list being limited) automated data processing, electronic communications, data storage, infrastructure services as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS) services, platform services as a service (PaaS), or any provision that in the light of the applicable law implies data processing by third parties. It is possible that these third parties have access to the SUR database in order for it to adequately provide the services of the Platform, but this access does not imply any transfer of the personal data of the Users, and will be limited to the activities strictly necessary for the provision of the services of the Platform, as defined by SUR, being prohibited from carrying out any other activity on the data.
